The property is lovely. From the long tree lined driveway to the well kept grounds to the new decking around the infinity pool.
The structures are old with updated interiors. Daniela, the property owner and host, is an architect and the new floors and other upgrades integrate really well with old stone walls, stairs and beamed ceilings.
We loved our time there and hope to return.

A beautiful location, lots of beautiful Tuscan towns to visit but a car is essential. Really enjoyed the views, the pool, the terrace. The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped. Our plane was late getting into Florence and the airport very busy so didn't arrive until 9.40pm but the hostess was very helpful and understanding. A couple of extra pillows available would have been nice.

Host was caught off guard by my confirmed Booking com reservation. Property manager didn't send check-in info to me in a timely manner. It was a non-refundable reservation. Apartment had no electricity, no water, no gas, no towels, no wifi upon arrival. It took time and phone calls and hassle to remedy. I received no compensation for this terrible experience. I am very disappointed.

A wonderful town, in particular the citadel on top of the hill, it's a historic fortress with tiny little roads and a wonderful view from the top. I'd recommend to stay in Colle Val D'Elsa rather than in San Gimignano as it's much quieter and less touristy place (unless of course you love the tourist buzz). If not staying overnight, I'd definitely recommend to add a half day trip to Colle Val D'Elsa to your itinerary, maybe accompanied by a quick visit to a small castle of Monteriggioni nearby and a dinner there at Ristorante Il Feudo https://www.ilfeudomonteriggioni.it/, the truffle tart there was AMAZING :-) Enjoy!

Nice city, historical facilities and local restaurants.
Nice city, historical facilities and local restaurants. Also a great point for visiting other attractions in Tuscany.
Enough free parking spaces. Visited several good restaurants and had great coffee and pastries at Pasticceria Mario Barone at a good price.

The location is ideal. The hotel is excellent. Bathrooms are large. The ac is great and the staff is most helpful and friendly. We have stayed here a few times over the years the gated parking lot right at the hotel is a great addition making it very easy to bring in the luggage. While we didn’t use the pool it looked great. And it is nice to see new restaurants opening up.
The location and the surrounding of the property was stunning. You best have a car to get around. The receptionist was very kind to book for us a wine tour and recommend some really nice restaurants nearby. The room was a really good size, i would definitely recommend a stay in this hotel for a few nights to unwind in the country side.
The host was very friendly and helpful and enthusiastically responded to all of our questions. The hotel staff made you feel like they really wanted you to be there. The breakfast was great and had a good variety of items. The room was very clean and the bed was firm and comfortable.
We stayed 6 nights, used as a base to visit the area. Best place to stay in our opinion. The host was wonderful, the apartment was excellent and was perfect for our needs. If you get the chance stay here do so because if we come back to this area of Italy we would like to return.
The staff is amazing, Petri the barman (If I remember well) is an amazing worker, and the receptionist of the night shift and each one of the members behaved super friendly and always looking to give a great service. The hotel is great, you can feel that you are in Tuscany.
We had breakfast in the main hotel which was only two doors away from our entrance. Excellent selection of yoghurts, bread, cakes meat, cheese, fruit and more.
We stayed in one of the apartments so we had plenty of space with a little kitchen and a very comfortable bed.
The staff is absolutely brilliant and extremely kind and helpful, gorgeous location and delicious breakfast. Definitely a great choice when looking for a stay in Tuscany. We had a great stay and reccomend this hotel. We will likely come back sometime.
I had a wonderful two-night stay at this charming agrotourism hotel. The owner, Maria, was incredibly nice, and I absolutely adored their Labrador dog, Arya. The place had a cute Tuscan style, and their own wine was delicious. Highly recommended!
Hotel in the old town. Updated quiet room without losing the features and feel of an old Palazzo. Arrived in 37 C heat and the air conditioning worked beautifully. Lovely breakfast on the hotel balcony overlooking the Tuscan countryside.
The location of this property was perfect . If you are doing the Via Francigiena this is idyllic . Although the rooms are basic they are clean .The staff were very accommodating . We had a lovely meal in the hotel restaurant.
Beautiful room, exactly as in the photos. The owner of the place is very friendly and willing to help with everything. Excellent breakfast! We absolutely loved everything about the hotel.
