Central location is really good and despite this noise from the road was minimal. The hotel is charming and the public rooms very elegant. Bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely furnished and clean. Maids came in every day to clean and change towels (though we didn't require a daily change of towel and thought this was extravagant). Enjoyed the attractive bar on the sun terrace.

Edgy and eclectic, Palermo is a symbol of all that Sicily stands for. From buzzing Vespas to the bustling Vucciria market, it simply brims with life.
Wonderful Palermo Cathedral glows radiantly in the Mediterranean sun. Nearby is the city’s last Sicilian Puppet Theatre, and opposite is a palm-filled park housing Roman mosaics, though the best are in the archaeological museum. At one end is the Norman Palace, a government building home to the fabulous Cappella Palatina whose gold mosaics are absolutely breathtaking.
Equally magnificent are the gold mosaics lining 12th-century Monreale Cathedral on the city’s outskirts. Wander the cloisters and note the varying columns and capitals – each pair is different.
Palermo also has fascinating churches: 2 of the oldest are 12th-century San Giovanni degli Eremeti and San Cataldo, each with red, Islamic-style domes. Gesú Church has an incredible Sicilian Baroque interior, while La Martorana’s frescoes are awe-inspiring. A street away is Quattro Canti, a crossroads with a fountain at each corner.
Other attractions include round Teatro Massimo, Mondello beach and Monte Pellegrino mountain overlooking the sea. You get fabulous views of this picnic spot as you fly into Palermo Airport before heading to your Booking.com accommodation.

Palermo is beautiful but the rubbish bins and unswept streets are as bad as Naples, the nearby beaches are filthy due to sewage release.
While infrastructure is deficient residents personally are to blame for the unclean side streets. The bins have no lids which must encourage rats and flies. Even restaurants do not do a basic litter pick in their immediate environment which indicated what their kitchens must be like. Sicily though very beautiful is a third world experience.
Food hygiene at markets is below basic, comparable with India and would not entice me to eat under any circumstances.

Nice old churches, tasty food, nice weather.
Nice old churches, tasty food, nice weather. Interesting small streets ("vicoli") with lots of self-made small shrines. Too many tourists in the central streets (but OK, you can find other ways too). We were there for a Conference, wish we had more time for walking around the city and in the surroundings.

A fun city with a rich history. There is plenty to see and do. Very good value for money. There are shops restaurant's and trips to suit everyone’s budget. We would highly recommend a city tour if time is limited. We met with other travellers that had done a very good walking tour.We traveled in May and were surprised at how busy it was.

Very interesting architecture, BUT the municipality really has to take better care of the amount of trash at the city, it an easy to solve problem that really subtracts to the first impression.
Other than this fault it was quite breath taking and had so much to offer, culturally, historically and simply vacationally. So much to do in such a small place.

very disappointed with Palermo it has become very tacky and dirty especially in the 4 Canti area which they pedestrianized selling so called cheap low quality street food.
But then some people like that sort of thing
not good at all form the image
and has got worse since the last time i visited
This is a quality and affordable hotel. As a guest, you receive a quality room, customer service, basic hygiene products, help with learning the area, and so forth. The hotel is centrally located. There is a nearby grocery store. The hotel is not far from the Palermo Central train station, which has trains to take you throughout Sicily, Italy, and Europe. I applaud the owner for investing money in this quality hotel and offering good customer service, which is lacking in hotels throughout the world.
Mori’s B&B is the benchmark which all hotels and B&Bs can learn from. We travel extensively for work and pleasure and have stayed at many places around the world. This was the cleanest, most welcoming, and classy but functional place we have stayed and deserves its high reviews. Daniela, the owner’s mother, was the highlight for us in serving us breakfast this morning with such welcoming and radiant energy. She made our first visit to Sicily and our honeymoon very special. Viva Sicilia!
The location is perfect for walking around Palermo, you really can't go wrong as it's just next to the old town on a quiet side street and only 10 min walk from the main train station offering great connection to the airport and other parts of Sicily. The room itself was spotlessly clean and spacious. Sadly the pool is not open in April which I didn't realise until the last minute. Our hosts were very accommodating and brought extra pillows very quickly upon request.
The staff were amazing. They helped organize our taxis upon arrival and for day trips. Massimo and Alessio were very informative and gave tips of different places to visit throughout Palermo. They were extremely kind and welcoming! And the location was perfect !!! Close to the train station as well as in the city centre near all the action. The B&B also had breakfast every morning which was delicious and classic for Sicily.
The hotel was well situated right opposite the beach and marina, there was also the beautiful botanical gardens around the corner. Palermo overall was a beautiful city with a lovely vibe and a great introduction to Sicily Ror the first time visitor. The staff were warm, professional and pleasant, offering a polite and efficient service...My daughter gave the buffet breakfast two thumbs up...
The property was excellent! The staff enhanced this making our stay awesome! Good location. Nice rooms and great outside patio area. I really can’t say enough good things about property and especially our host. She make excellent recommendations, helped with airport transfer, trip to beach and even breakfast. Best host and stay on our two week Italy vacation!
The bed was so comfortable, we had the best sleep of our travels around Sicily! The terrace was also lovely which we enjoyed sitting on in the warm evenings. Lastly, the staff were fantastic and allowed us to check in a few hours early so we didn’t need to carry our bags around on our first day in Palermo - much appreciated!
Free breakfast was great, especially because of the multitude of gluten-free options. Another bonus at breakfast was the barista, Davide, who greeted us with a big smile every morning and gave us lots of recommendations for places to see in Sicily. The hotel was beautiful, including the lobby and rooftop bars.
The hotel was a first class experience from the moment you stepped in the lobby. The design was very classy and the staff so friendly.
I strongly recommend Lumia Restaurant. Food was outstanding as you'd expect that from a 6 star facility. Definitely pleased to have stayed at Casa Nostra Boutique in Palermo.
The best location and accommodation that we had in
Sicily having in mind that we already made a trip from
Noto, Ragusa, Siracusa, Catania. Extremely clean, stylish and comfort. I would say smart luxury hotel. It was a great pleasure to be a guest at this hotel. Thank you very much for such a nice experience.
The staff was very friendly and super helpful and the hotel looks really like on the pictures. There is a special athmosphere there as it used to be a church. Also you are greated with some local pastry and a drink while they explain to you the map of Palermo, that was such a nice welcome to Sicily for us!
The stay at the liberty house was perfect. The location is well communicated, bus stop to the center of Palermo, Mondello and the airport is next to the block. Hosts are very helpful and polite. If we come back to Sicily, we will definitely choose this place again. Regards from Poland
Top location 5 mn walk to super convenient airport bus stop, in pedestrian zone, walking distance to all you need to see in Palermo. very nice house, nice room and bathroom, super friendly and efficient staff and owner.
breakfast as good as it gets in most places in Italy.
Comfortable bed, immaculately clean apartment, best breakfast in Sicily.
The hosts could not have been nicer! Their warm welcome, and their helpfulness ( like calling for a taxi), made our stay easy. Thanks so much!
It is a great place to visit Palermo. Breakfast was the best in all Sicily. We travelled all around island and this place was the best. The host was kind and helpfull. The bed was comfortable. I recommend.
The location is great! Service is good, room is tastefully decorated. It is the best we have stayed in Sicily. And we feel like we have been pampered and so far the rest of the hotels are not as nice.
The hosts were the best! We talked for hours about Sicily and our lives. The property is perfect, in the most center location of Palermo. Highly recommend this stay!
