The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff are very friendly and courteous, which made our stay much more pleasant. There is a variety of food choices specially Pizza available for lunch and dinner. The food quality is very very good you definitely should try specially with lovely dsserts, compared to Milan is NOT expensive. Stefano was absolutely amazing. Our flight was massively delayed and we only managed to get to the hotel at midnight. Stefano not only waited for us but also greeted us with a smile and took time to tell us there's been plenty of snowfall and where it would be great for us to go skiing. The following day he greeted us at 7.30 with the same smile serving delicious fresh coffee and pastry. Absolute superstar! The place is very central, with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Overall we loved it and will hopefully be back.
