Hotel Calimala se află în centrul orașului Florența, la 9 minute de mers pe jos de Santa Maria Novella, și include un centru de fitness, o terasă și un bar. What a staff! The best hotel staff I have ever seen. We had a small issue because of the photos displayed in our Booking.com reservation showing a desk space in the room and apparently not all rooms have this desk. As we were expecting it (my wife had work to do), we asked them if we could change rooms and they sorted out for us by upgrading our room! They did everything to make our stay be an absolute blast. Reserved restaurants, helped us with all our questions and recommended/reserved a truffle hunt + wine tasting in Tuscany that was the PEAK of our trip. I would not think to stay elsewhere whenever I'm back in Florence. Shoutout to Desiré, Lavinia, and the manager Angela! Thank you for everything! (I'm sorry if I forgot anyone's name)

This was a great little hotel with fantastic staff. The rooms were modern, spacious (for a hotel in a historical centre) and stylish. The bathroom was well-designed and had a very nice shower. The air conditioning worked great, which was very important on such hot days. It was great that the hotel was so central because we could come back to our room in between museum visits even if for a few minutes. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite and were always positive and smiling. It really made our trip to Florence a real success. By the way, parking is a problem in the centre of Florence but for 35 EUR per 24 hours, and 3 EUR for additional hours, the hotel has a valet car parking service. This was extremely handy. You can also park your car somewhere by yourself for 25 EUR per 24 hours.

The room was fantastic. It was beautiful. Breakfasts were a feast of such a variety of delicious food. Our room was cleaned and bed changed every day! All the staff were friendly, kind and helpful. The location couldn't have been better. It made our stay in Florence very special and I hope I get to go back there again one day. Great value for money. 🧡

Hotelul Balestri se află în centrul orașului Florența şi are vedere la râul Arno. Ponte Vecchio și Galeria Uffizi sunt la 400 de metri. Hotelul are o terasă pe acoperiș cu vedere minunată la oraș. Camera foarte curata si confortabila, cu multe facilitati moderne. Personal amabil, Mic dejun variat si gustos. Bauturile de la bar ok, gustoase.

The hotel is new and amazing for its design, art and culture. the location is great, hospitality is perfect and they were so careful to service and make the experience unique.

It was by far the best hotel stay in the whole of Italy. The service, quality, location, and everything else were just exceptional. All staff, from the porters, check-in staff, room service, and cleaning attendants, are friendly and helpful. You can see that the owners of this hotel group care about their team and treats them well. The rooms are luxurious and in perfect condition. Everything works and whatever you need is just a phone call away. The location is in the heart of Florence. I would come back to Italy, just to stay at Portrait again.

Cu o locație excelentă în Florența, Casual Rinascimento Firenze pune la dispoziție un mic dejun tip bufet și WiFi gratuit în întreaga proprietate. Very welcoming staff. Wonderful bedrooms, very clean rooms. Beds very comfortable. Good breakfast. Location was perfect. Just a short 5 minute walk to the landmarks yet in a quiet location. Wonderful swimming pool.
